Cancellation Penalties

All cancellations are subject to Princess Cruises' standard cancellation penalties

Before final payment (through May 2, 2026): Deposit is refundable minus any agency or supplier fees noted at time of booking
After final payment (May 3, 2026 - sailing): Princess cancellation penalties apply based on the date the cancellation is received. These penalties increase as the sailing date approaches.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations: 100% penalty

Travel insurance is strongly encouraged to protect your investment in case of unexpected cancellation, medical needs, travel delays, or other covered events.

Travelers Must Have Proper Travel Documents

For international travel, excluding cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT.
For cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS must have a VALID PASSPORT or original certified birth certificate w/raised seal and photo ID. NON-U.S. CITIZENS and RESIDENT ALIENS should contact their respective embassies and U.S. Immigration for applicable regulations.

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give your agent a call with any question.

To confirm your space on Discover Alaska 2026 - Royal Princess:

A deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking.
Deposits are applied toward your final cruise payment.
Final payment is due by May 03, 2026
Bookings made after the final payment date require payment in full at the time of booking
